Google Enhances Google Homepage

I always love it when you wake up and get a surprise. Even if it is something small, it is just an unexpected gift that can start your day off on a good note. (Actually it was last night around midnight when I saw it, but the effect is the same.)

Google has enhanced their Homepage so that all the RSS and other feeds you have can display the full syndicated content, not just the title or first line. All they did was add a little "+" icon next to each link, which opens a larger window with slider navigation to allow you to read the full post. Here is a quick "how to" on setting up a Google Homepage.

I am surprised to see that more bloggers have not been mentioning this today. Perhaps they all use Google Reader or other feed reading tools. Here are two images to show you what I am talking about.
